I'm sore today but overall feel good. I did the epsom salts last night after I taught an 8pm class and will again tonight as I taught at 9:30 and am keeping the water to me.
I've determined I should not have big expectations of myself as I've learned that this race, the Hampton 5 Miler, is not only a little community endeavour, but a full blown CLASSIC in our region. Lot's of guys running this race use it as a tuner for the Boston Marathon - gulp, what have I done?
