My garden this year has become a love affair that keeps me out late at night (picking bugs and slugs) and I've been spending more time on it than I ever thought possible. But really, when I look at those three little 5x8 foot boxes, I'm so proud of myself and the mixture of love, water and sun to create an actual vegetable that I can hold in my hand! If you have ever even considered gardening or growing your own vegetables, start now, it is SO rewarding and the fact I have learned that I can build a trelllis by myself makes me feel like superwoman!
